My inroduction to Mr Reid , I have many albums from that period none , apart from the ubiquitous Astral Weeks , still stirs my soul like this album . Stuffed to the gills with great songs it almost shouldn't have beeen allowed .More class tracks on this album than many artists can produce in a whole discography .
Tis said that Terry wanted to be more involved in the production and that the album needed more work .. perfect made better ? maybe..
Rich kid blues still , 29 years after I first heard it , still leaves me a litle dazed a little scared a lot high . You not got it / heard it then buy it lock the doors remove all sharp objects from the vicinity turn the vol up to the max and hear some real music.
